Welcome to Mickey Fried Preschool
Welcome! We are a Jewish preschool open to families of all faiths and backgrounds, and committed to providing play-based, high-quality early childhood education to all children.
At Mickey Fried Preschool, we believe that children learn as they play. Our school offers a warm, creative environment where each child’s unique style of living and learning is valued and nurtured. The foundation of personality, self-image and motivation to learn are all firmly established in the first five years of a child’s life. Our school helps give your child the tools, space and support for the experiences that help them learn and grow.
"Our daughter's three years at Mickey Fried Preschool was key to fostering a love of play, exploration, learning, and friendship that prepared her to flourish in elementary school."

Now with extended hours until 6 p.m. Perfect for working parents!
The Mickey Fried Preschool offers programs for children ages two to five years old. In addition to our core morning program from 9 a.m. - 12 p.m., we offer early morning drop off starting as early as 8 a.m., lunch bunch, and enrichment classes that can extend your child’s day.
Now in her second year, Sloane Goldstein is the director of the Mickey Fried Preschool.
Previously, Sloane had been the Assistant Director at The Kaplan Cooperative Preschool (part of the United Synagogue of Hoboken, NJ), a thriving, successful, and highly regarded preschool. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from American University and her Masters in Early Childhood Education from Hofstra University.
“Sloane has wonderful energy and great passion for early childhood education. She comes from a school that, like ours, has an excellent reputation. We are so excited to welcome her into our extraordinary and caring community,” says former Mickey Fried Preschool Board Member Alissa Kaplan.
