Zeman Religious School
Inspiring individual students through Jewish values to flourish in a secular world.
The Rose and Isadore Zeman School is Oheb Shalom Congregation’s religious school for children in Kindergarten through 7th grade.
Each of our students is individually unique, precious, and known by our faculty and staff, which creates a warm and connected community in our school. By the time they graduate, students develop a strong love of Judaism and the Jewish community that inspires them to continue their Jewish engagement throughout their life.
Raising Jewish children today is hard! Even if you are surrounded by Jews (like we are!) there is so much pressure from a secular world that it can be tough to know you are passing along the Jewish values that are important to you.
We know that our children are Jews AND they live in the modern world. Their Jewish and secular lives need not be at war with each other, but should rather compliment each other: two parts of your child’s complex identity. We are here to join in partnership with you to help navigate that complexity.
We encourage you to reach out and schedule a visit to our program so you can see it for yourself! Click the links below to learn more about the content and character of the Zeman School.
Registration is always open.
Are you an Oheb member? Then our Kindergarten program is tuition FREE.
